Role Overview / 岗位概述

As the
Product Development Manager (APAC)
, you will lead cross-functional coordination between
HQ R&D, OEM/ODM manufacturers, and local marketing teams
, driving the creation and launch of new health & wellness products.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

  • Lead
    end-to-end product development
    : concept, formulation, testing, production, and launch.
  • 主导

  • Coordinate with
    R&D, manufacturers, and regulatory teams
    to ensure product compliance.
  • 协调
    研发、制造与法规团队

  • Conduct
    market research
    and identify consumer trends across APAC markets.
  • 进行市场调研,洞察亚太区域消费者趋势。
  • Manage
    packaging design, localization, and sourcing
    .
  • 负责

  • Handle
    product registration
    and documentation for each country.
  • 管理各国的

  • Align
    pricing, PV (Point Value)
    , and marketing strategies with HQ.
  • 与总部协调

  • Monitor
    product performance
    post-launch and recommend improvements.

  • Support
    sales and marketing training
    with product knowledge.

Qualifications / 任职要求

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • 本科及以上学历,主修
    食品科学、营养学、药学或相关专业
    。
  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in product development or regulatory affairs in
    health supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG.
  • 至少
    5年产品开发或法规管理经验
    ,优先考虑保健品、化妆品或快消品行业背景。
  • Familiar with
    APAC market regulations
    (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.).
  • 熟悉
    亚太市场法规要求

  • Strong communication skills and
    bilingual proficiency (Mandarin & English)
    .
