We are known as Lazic Group Sdn Bhd, located in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. We have been in the Beauty and Health industry since 2015 and now growing in investment rapidly. Now we have subsidiaries that focus on stock market trading and land and property.

Now, we're offering internship opportunities for passionate and motivated students to join our Sales or Marketing department. Gain real working experience, hands-on training, and valuable exposure in a supportive environment. Interns will be placed in departments that match their field of study or interest.

Job Requirement :

Qualification: Pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Eager to explore digital marketing tools and strategies while enhancing your skill set, with graphic design experience as a valuable bonus.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English.

Creativity: Use your creativity to craft bold, standout ideas that make an impact in marketing campaigns.

Passion: A genuine interest in digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.

Duration: More than 3 months

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and organize leads generated from online marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with actionable insights.
  • Contribute to website updates, SEO optimization, and ensure consistent brand presentation across digital touchpoints.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Help the team to conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
