Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Marketing Event Assistant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Marketing Event Assistant will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of marketing events, providing customer service, and assisting in sales activities. Daily tasks may include creating event schedules, liaising with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth event execution, and assisting in post-event analysis.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
