System Implementation Manager

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead DT site localization activities for manufacturing at LMM, LMK and LMT including Systems DBV phase coordination.
• Ensure team stays on track with all Design, Build and Validate phase milestone and deliverables to meet business requirements.
• Seamlessly collaborate and work across multiple teams (internal and external) to implement the solutions.
• Assist coordination of onsite/local user test participation during system integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Act as lead for  Global Manufacturing TENS (Transformation Engagement Network) to ensure DT information is thoroughly communicated and feedback is actioned to support the business.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Lead business transformation by  leading global manufacturing process owners in re-engineering manufacturing business processes to meet Global Operation's strategic objectives and goals for Digital Transformation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
