Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing, revising QA/QC documents as per the QA/ QC procedure and ensure full compliance.
  2. To record, update, and maintain all Quality Records Documents in accordance with procedures.
  3. To ensure all the QA/QC report documents are complete in a timely manner
  4. Perform follow-up on the corrective actions taken, as well as ensure that the corrective actions taken are fully implemented as required and in a proper closure manner.
  5. Support QA/QC Inspector in carrying out inspection/testing when required (with data entry, documentation updates, and administrative processes).
  6. To follow administrative procedures and requirements. Maintain records in both digital and physical formats (as applicable).
  7. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same capacity, preferably in the marine shipbuilding field.
  2. Fresh Graduates/ Candidates with no experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply
  3. Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Able to work with multitasking within a fast-paced environment
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills
