Job Responsibilities:

· To assist Project Manager / Project Engineer at project site, to deliver good quality project within stipulated timeframe

· To coordinate & monitor Subcontractors' daily activities at project site

· To coordinate with Subcontractors and ensuring in meeting targeted work progress

· To coordinate & supervise Subcontractors' quality & workmanship in accordance to design and drawing specifications

· To conduct necessary quality inspection together with Client's Inspector & Subcontractors according to QAQC checklist

· To coordinate material delivery, logistics & necessary arrangement

· To attend Client's Progress & Coordination Meeting

· To attend Subcontractor meeting regularly

· To maintain housekeeping and implement safety practices

· To be sensitive & responsive on Client's expectation to uphold company branding & reputation

· Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
  • Experience in Green Building Construction is preferable
  • Willing to travel
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and organizational skill
  • Teamwork is an essential characteristic to achieve goals and objectives
  • Able to work under stress, fast paced and high safety standard environment
