Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst- Billing & Collection (Mandarin Speaker)

In this role, is responsible for high volume customer billing and submitting of billing with supporting documents using various delivery methods. These delivery methods would be including customer portals, email or on occasions mailing.

Billing Specialist is expected to resolve submission issues of medium complexity, provide requested invoices, credit notes, proforma invoices etc. and answer basic inquiries regarding the billing.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Regular manual billing 

- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) monitoring 

- E-invoicing (platforms)- manual uploading of Invoices 

- Daily / Monthly Monitoring to ensure error free transactions 

- Resolve billing related errors  

- Billing standard  activities 

- Routine and period-end reporting 

- Incident creation and analysis of the problem 

- IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the ERP system

Education/Work Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Finance or Commercial Administration

  • Experience in Customer Service, Administration or Finance

  • Experience in Oracle will be an asset

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook software

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing

  • Fluent Korean in speaking and writing

  • Knowledge of other languages will be an asset

  • Very Good organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Details oriented person

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in a team or self-directed work environment

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

  • Ability to handle a confidential information

  • Ability to work well under pressure
