Our sister company is hiring for a
Business Development Manager - Tech Recruitment Solutions.
A fast-growing recruitment and staffing specialist focused on technical, digital, and engineering talent, they help organizations build stronger teams through innovative sourcing, screening, and placement strategies across permanent, contract, and project-based hiring.
What makes them different —they use Gen AI-powered solutions to speed up and enhance every stage of the hiring process. Their proprietary AI tools help analyze CVs, match candidates faster, and deliver data-driven insights to improve hiring quality and speed. These AI solutions are also available for clients to use within their own internal hiring teams, and you'll be part of their effort to market and expand this next-generation recruitment offering.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (Technology, FinTech, Consulting, Engineering).
- Manage the 360° recruitment cycle — from client acquisition, account management, to collaboration with recruiters for delivery.
- Promote and sell Tech Talent's Gen AI recruitment solutions to help clients modernize and accelerate their hiring processes.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and insight.
- Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets to guide clients strategically.
- Attend industry events, tech meetups, and HR forums to expand brand visibility.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent client engagement and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and client management.
- Interest in AI, digital tools, or HR technology will be an advantage.
- Highly driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
