YOUR ROLE

As a Facilities Intern, you will assist the Facilities department in the operational and maintenance management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily operations and preventive maintenance activities for Facilities systems
• Assisting in the coordination and supervision of contractor management, repair, and service tasks
• Managing inventory control and tracking of Facilities stock and supplies
• Participating in safety compliance activities, including Gemba walks, inspections, and audits
• Collaborating with team members on continuous improvement initiatives and facilities enhancement projects
• Gaining hands-on experience with facilities management processes, workflows, and systems
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of Facilities reports, including utilities consumption trending and data visualization

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Possess Degree Engineering related fields i.e. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
• English business proficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)
• Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above
