BD Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned customer accounts.
• Actively source new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate terms with customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer requests.
• Provide professional transportation solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Handle booking requests and provide timely confirmations.
• Conduct regular sales calls to stay updated with market trends and close deals.
• Identify and resolve shipment-related operational issues.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline (relevant experience may substitute for qualification).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
