About the Job

Key support in relation to product, projects, planning and management reporting.

  • Supports product development for Bancassurance in the areas of documentation, materials, system, sign-off and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness for product launch.
  • Collaborates with Bank Partners, internal stakeholders and vendors for the printing of materials and delivery to Branch on timely manner.
  • Sources and liaises with vendors for marketing initiatives planned.
  • Oversees Bancassurance related system for purpose of enhancement, development and troubleshooting.
  • Conducts User Acceptance Test (UAT) with internal departments and Bank Partners on system enhancement and deployment.
  • Prepares reports to Bank Partners and Management for the purpose of business performance tracking.
  • Prepare campaign decks for Bank Partner communication to the ground.

We are looking for people with

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and/or related.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Bancassurance business or product development.
  • Experience in Project management particularly in IT/systems would be an added advantage.
  • Able to meet deadline and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good sense of urgency.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
