They are currently seeking a Regional Air Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in George Town and support key client operations.

Job Overview:
As a Regional Air Customer Service Specialist, you will manage global customer shipments (primarily air freight) and ensure smooth coordination between teams, partners, and clients. Your goal is to deliver excellent service, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer bookings and shipment statuses, ensuring timely communication of any changes or delays.
- Support sales and operations teams in preparing ad hoc quotations and shipment documents.
- Coordinate between origin and destination offices to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Prepare and maintain shipment reports and customer service records.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve shipment or service-related issues within the APAC region.
- Deliver professional and timely support to clients, maintaining strong customer relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in air freight customer service or operations (export/import)
- Strong customer service mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination across regional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and collaborative, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
