Sales & Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Market Research:

  • Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Product Promotion:

  • Promote FJ Food's range of HALAL, HACCP, and FSSC22000 certified products to targeted audiences.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings for potential clients.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on performance and forecasting.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide input for sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Customer Support:

  • Address client queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (experience in the food industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel if required.
