About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Trainer or Beauty Trainer to join our team at Happy Med Sdn Bhd, a dynamic company located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will involve providing comprehensive training and assessment services to our clients in the healthcare and beauty industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and delivering engaging and informative training programs on medical or beauty-related topics
  • Assessing trainees' skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Providing constructive feedback and support to help trainees improve their performance
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborating with the training team to continuously improve the quality of our programs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all training activities

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in the medical or beauty industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training
  • Strong knowledge of the relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback
  • A passion for learning and a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
