Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office and delivery of excellent client service
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, handling couriers, and attending to walk-in guests or clients.
  • Conduct office tours for visitors and prospective clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events, including coordinating logistics, vendors, and F&B arrangements
  • Liaise with building management and facilities team on maintenance and office upkeep matters
  • Oversee and support community initiatives that enhance employee and client engagement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional activities, events, and community outreach programs

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management/Hotel Management/Business Administration or any other related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Results-driven and client-oriented, with strong multitasking skills and a passion for service industry
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a corporate office or professional services environment is an added advantage
