We are looking for a Sales and Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting sales activities and handling administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly and to provide good support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring SPA, loan documentations, progressive billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to credit and sales administration functions.
  • Liaison with purchasers, bankers and solicitors for coordination and documentation; generate relevant correspondences e.g. Letter of Undertakings, progress billings, collections, reminders, interests, official receipts, etc.
  • Ensure all sales information and documents are maintained to facilitate easy reference.
  • To prepare weekly collection report.
  • Attend and handle all inquiries and resolve any property related matter.
  • To perform general administrative duties.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Adaptable and self-driven, able to work independently.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales administration in property development or property agency.
