この職種では、担当地域全体にわたって、環境・健康・安全(EHS)プログラムとイニシアチブの設計、開発、デプロイを担当していただきます。Google のデータセンター パートナー、総合請負業者、電気 / 機械系専門業者、主要インテグレーター、製造業者、コミッショニング エージェントなどと直接連携し、各プロジェクトにおける EHS プログラムとパフォーマンスの向上を推進します。また、潜在的なベンダーの事前資格評価、プロジェクト マニュアルの更新、EHS の方針や安全基準の周知も行います。計画、リスク軽減、納期厳守に携わります。一連のパフォーマンス指標の策定と追跡、得られた教訓を踏まえたベスト プラクティスの開発と実施を行い、組織が効率的にスケールできるよう、定期的にステークホルダーへ報告します。

データセンター チームは、世界でも有数の性能を持つ電気システムおよび空調システムの設計と運用を担当しています。メンバーは、明るく創造的なエンジニア チームの一員として、強力なデータセンターの設計と運用に協力して取り組んでいます。

業務内容

  • 担当エリアの建設、監督、データ収集活動に関する EHS プログラムの策定と運用を主導する。
  • 請負業者がプログラムの安全パフォーマンスの目標と契約要件を確実に満たし、発生した問題に迅速に対応できるようにする。
  • 建設プロジェクト チームを監視、指導、支援し、人や環境を保護するとともにコンプライアンスを確保する。
  • 継続的な学習アプローチを取り入れ、目標や目的などの組織戦略に沿った文化の醸成を推進する。
  • 建設 EHS チームと連携して、ベスト プラクティスの完全な実施、進捗状況のタイムリーな報告、傾向とデータの把握と分析、許容レベルまでのリスク軽減を確実に行い、稼働中のデータセンターの運用能力が損なわれないようにする。
