Job Description:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry of financial transactions.
  • Assist in audits, tax submissions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date filing of accounting records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
