Responsibilities
To succeed as an Export Operation Coordinator administrative , you must be able to handle the following tasks:
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of export shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including export declarations and certificates of origin
- Verify and ensure that all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor and track shipment movements to ensure timely arrival at destination
- Investigate and report any discrepancies or issues stocks and shipping schedule
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and related documents
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years minimum of working experience, plus points if in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office and shipping management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to handle repetitive daily routine yet flexible when problem arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
