As a
Senior Sales Director
, you will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build lasting client relationships with major enterprise and public sector clients.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute APAC sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performance sales team.

Develop new business opportunities and expand key accounts.

Build strong C-level client and stakeholder relationships.

Manage the entire sales cycle, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven success in leading large-scale sales teams and driving revenue growth in APAC.

Strong strategic, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and executive presence.

Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
