Responsibilities:

  • Order processing, shipping documents, and system updates.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and sales teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports and support inventory and stock reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' logistics/warehouse admin experience.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
