Responsibility:

  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods in according to purchase orders
  • Assist in procurement process from requisition through to delivery and payment
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing reports, correspondence and other documentation as required
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meet project demands
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Conduct regular stock and physical inventory checks to minimize discrepancies
  • Ensure proper documentation, including receipts, invoices and stock registers

Qualification

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or logistics is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with site teams
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
