Key Responsibilities

A) Executive Support

  • Manage CEO's daily schedule, calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meetings.
  • Manage personal tasks and ad-hoc requests for the CEO as needed.

B) Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance, facility-related requests, and office service providers.
  • Assist logistics for company events, meetings, training sessions, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure professional front-office operations (reception duties, visitor handling, calls).

C) Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and discussions.
  • Support external communications such as meeting arrangements, documentation, and follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience supporting senior management or in administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office tools.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Salary

  • Range from RM 3,500 - RM 4,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
