Job Description:
- Monitor and coordinate defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all defects are properly attended to within the required timeframe.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on rectification work progress.
- Prepare and update defect tracking reports, including follow-up on outstanding items.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
- Assist the project team in handover documentation and closure of DLP obligations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site coordination or DLP management preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
