Your new role

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end supplier sourcing activities including RFQs, negotiations, approvals, and onboarding across global regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, supplier segmentation, and footprint optimisation, including "make or buy" decisions.
  • Ensure procurement data accuracy, drive KPI improvements, and support tactical buying operations and inventory control.
  • Lead supplier performance management, compliance adherence, risk assessments, and commercial agreement execution.
  • Enhance material productivity through cost analysis, VA/VE initiatives, and collaboration on ISO documentation and financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with over 10 years of sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in mechanical commodities such as sheet metal, plastic moulding, and metal stamping, especially within connectors, assemblies, and electronics.
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in strategic sourcing, supplier base management, and market trend analysis, with fluency in English for global negotiations.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, thrives in cross-functional, multicultural matrix environments, and embodies values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
