Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and ensure proper SST implementation:

  2. Maintain SST-compliant documentation in manufacturing co.

  3. Ensure on time submission of A57 and C3 to custom.

  4. Liaise with customs authorities and tax agents when required.

  5. Coordinate with factory team to ensure AP transactions are smoothly performed.

  6. Liaise with Sales team to ensure AR transactions are smoothly performed.

  7. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.

  8. Support annual stock take, audit processes and prepare audit schedules.

  9. Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.

  10. Support process improvements to increase accounting efficiency and accuracy.

  11. Handle ad-hoc assignments and analysis as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirement:

· Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MIA).

· 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience with strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax exemption regulations.

· Hands-on experience with SST implementation and compliance in manufacturing or trading.

· Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

· Proficient in accounting software (EPICOR or UBS).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
