Recruitment Lead

As the Recruitment Lead at Maideasy, you will be responsible for creating pipeline and hiring cleaning crews to support our business. You will work closely with the Operations team to understand the gap in demand and use various methods to find & screen candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities may include the following, however not limited to:
Active and Ongoing Recruitment
- Manage and update cleaning crew pipeline.
- Actively create leads to
recruit new local cleaning crews (non-executive level)
based on "hot areas" as well as target set by the Management. - Create a quarterly Recruitment calendar / campaign (includes budget, marketing, venue, resources, etc.) and execute them accordingly upon Management's approval. Track the effectiveness as well as outcome of every campaign.
- Ensure social media contents on various platforms are active & updated.
- Manage the interview process for each candidate from end-to-end from attending to enquiries, filtering and interviewing potential candidates who are interested to join the cleaning team, as well as assisting with the onboarding.
- Suggest trends and patterns related to recruitment requirement based on existing job bookings made by customers.
- Attend events related to job recruitment, as and when required.
- Provide progress of Recruitment to the Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensuring Consistent Quality Assurance
- Observe candidates during training sessions as well as run QA sessions while they are on the job.
- Connect with existing cleaning crews to ensure consistent performance during their service with the Company.
- Shortlist existing cleaning crews that need to attend Refresher Training Session based on their performance.
- Miscellaneous items that are related to recruitment and QA
Requirement
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any fields, with at least 3 years of working experience preferably in non-executive recruitment.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work as an individual and as a team.
- Comfortable to communicate & interact with blue collar segment.
- Strong written and communication skill in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Familiar with seeking leads and recruiting through various platforms, online and offline. A critical thinker.
- Comfortable in making contents for the Company's social media pages.
- Experience in startup environment is a plus.
You may be required to work on weekend if the company decides to join any recruitment or job fairs.
Working hour: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6.00pm. May need to work on weekend if required.
