Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Creative Design & Visual Communication

2. Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for corporate materials such as brochures, posters, infographics, presentations, and digital assets.

3. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms in line with the Group's brand identity guidelines.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate corporate messages into visually appealing designs for campaigns and events.
5. Coordinate and liaise with design-related vendors, including printers, creative agencies, and production houses, to ensure timely and quality output.
6. Source quotations, review samples or mock-ups, and assist in vendor selection based on design and production requirements.

7. Maintain proper documentation and records of all design materials and vendor correspondences.

8. Annual Report & Corporate Publications

9. Support the conceptualization and design of the Group's Annual Report, including layout design, infographics, photo editing, and overall visual presentation.

10. Ensure alignment of visual tone with the corporate theme of the year and strategic communication direction.

11. Theme of the Year Project

12. Contribute creative ideas and visual execution for the Group's annual theme, ensuring consistent rollout across communication materials (banners, videos, posters, digital collaterals.)

13. Collaborate with the communication team to develop visual storytelling elements that reflect the Group's key messages and milestones throughout the year.

14. Marketing & Digital Communication Initiatives

15. Design marketing collaterals for both online and offline campaigns to promote Group and subsidiary activities.

16. Create social media graphics, digital ads, newsletters, and landing page visuals that enhance engagement and visibility.
17. Support digital marketing efforts such as social media management, website updates, and campaign reporting.

18. Contribute to creative strategies that strengthen the Group's brand positioning and outreach.

19. Photography & Videography

20. Assist in capturing photos and videos for corporate events, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

21. Perform basic photo editing, color grading, and video post-production when required.

22. Manage and organize multimedia content archives for communication use.

23. Event & Campaign Support

24. Provide design and creative support for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate

25. Assist in developing backdrops, signage, digital screens, and presentation visuals.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Basic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including social media management, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Basic skills in photography and videography, including editing and post-production, are an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
