CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER/ EXECUTIVE

A well-known, established hospital of more than 100 years in the industry, currently looking for talent to join us.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advise and guide patients on hospital facilities and services
  • Attend to patient enquiries and provide frontline support
  • Conduct ward rounds to improve/enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints professionally
  • Act as liaison between Consultants, Medical Officers, and nursing teams
  • Collect, compile, and analyze customer feedback monthly
  • Support hospital marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Follow up on complaint cases to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Prepare monthly reports on customer service statistics
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • Courteous, tactful, and patient-oriented personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms are required. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking patients
  • Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Management, Psychology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related field
