ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily plant operations to ensure machines run smoothly and safely.
  • Plan and carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Lead and guide team members to achieve production targets.
  • Handle machine problems quickly to reduce downtime.
  • Monitor shift performance and keep production flowing efficiently.
  • Keep records and reports updated for HSE, ISO, PM, TPM, and CMMS.
  • Work to reduce waste, rejects, and other production losses.
  • Make sure all work follows safety and ISO standards.
  • Set up machine parameters and support troubleshooting when needed.
  • Train and support team members on safe and proper work practices.
  • Help management with special projects and other assignments.
  • Encourage teamwork, responsibility, and safety in all operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Fast learner and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
