  • Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with GWM procedures.
  • Manage customer service appointments registration.
  • Promote service and parts sales.
  • Issue invoice and collect payment from customer for service rendered.
  • Coordinate with Job Controller/Technician on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure serve with high customer satisfaction.
  • Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
  • Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with SPM/MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge in automotive is compulsory.
  • Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Has valid driving license and own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
