DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll

  • Ensure an efficient and accurate payroll processing.
  • Provide full scope of payroll processing including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
  • Preparing payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labor cost analyses.
  • Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies.
  • Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filling.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Management

C&B

  • Preparing movement file for GHS, GPA, and GTL by monthly
  • Assist on employees regarding inpatient and outpatient
  • Handling invoice for inpatient and outpatient
  • Handling for confirmation

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferable
  • Previous working exposure with Mywave Emplx is advantageous
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Required to maintain strict confidentiality of information
  • Ability to work well within a team but also work autonomously when needed and uses initiative.
  • Passion for numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong English skills is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
