Job Description

  • Process customer payments for services involving the acceptance of cash, credit cards and other digital payment methods.
  • Issuing receipts to customers after payment is completed, ensuring accuracy and clarity of details and service charges.
  • Manage records of transactions, such as recording cash receipts or credit card slips.
  • Give cash received from customers to Service Account Executives.

Job Requirements

  • At least high school graduate or diploma in Business Management and related.
  • Ability to calculate accurately and quickly when dealing with cash transactions.
  • The ability to work carefully, avoiding errors in the calculation and reporting of transactions.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner and explain payment-related information.
  • Proficient in using transaction-related systems and software and handling electronic payments.
  • Adhere to security procedures and professional ethics in handling money and transactions.
  • Manages time efficiently especially during busy periods, to handle transactions quickly while maintaining customer service standards.
