Overall Purpose Of The Job

The role focuses on handing all recruitment activities and is responsible for finding the right people, for the right job, at the right price. Support is needed in strategizing ways to build a strong recruitment database for all roles within the organization and provide support to all stakeholder in meeting their hiring requirement. The incumbent will work to develop recruitment best practice and processes in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall Recruitment activities of Intl SOS Malaysia
  • Take full ownership of designing, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies for Intl SOS Malaysia to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Work with business to identify resource needs, develop resource plan and hiring strategy to support business needs.
  • Lead the recruitment activities and ensure recruitment targets are met
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles in the company.
  • Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers on hiring and use of innovative sources to attract and retain talent.
  • Improving current practices or developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g., application, and onboarding processes)
  • Participating in career events and job fairs for the purpose of networking with potential candidates
  • Building the professional network of the company by maintaining strategic relationships with partners, colleges and HR professionals
  • Research and document industry and market intelligence on talents market, provide feedback to the business on talent trends while maintaining a strong communities of talent pipelines
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy resulting in sufficient candidate pool.
  • Keep abreast with recruitment incentive programs by government bodies (i.e PenjanaKerjaya, PERKESO etc)
  • Be a subject matter expert on talent strategies, mid-career and graduate hiring and employer branding.
  • Provide monthly recruitment related reports.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all key internal customers.
