ABOUT THE ROLE:

Kinsajasa Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to support both offshore facilities and onshore plant operations. This role is central to ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of on-site service activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, technical execution and project close-out, working closely with clients, vendors and internal teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute service activities at onshore plants and offshore facilities.
  • Provide technical support and hands-on execution of work scopes when required.
  • Prepare and review work packs, technical reports and project documentation.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones and support project close-out activities.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, inspections and reliability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, client specifications and internal quality management systems (QMS).
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the team.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Electrical, Chemical or other related Engineering disciplines.
  • 1–3 years of experience in plant projects, maintenance or reliability (Oil & Gas experience is an advantage).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or other tools for data management and task tracking.
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • A team player with willingness to learn and train others.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic and technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
