Position Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible Client Engagement Service to oversee the sales journey from lead qualification to client engagement, ensuring every prospect enjoys a seamless experience that drives successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Qualification & Outreach
- Assess and verify leads from marketing platforms such as social media, Google, and partner referrals to ensure they meet company criteria.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their requirements and connect them with the right sales or design representative.
- Keep lead information organized and updated, tracking quality, response speed, and engagement levels.
2. Client Engagement & Appointment Coordination
- Arrange and confirm client meetings while introducing the company's profile, services, and design capabilities.
- Join meetings with designers to ensure clear communication and enhance client trust.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups after appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the client journey.
3. Sales Support & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and sustain interest.
- Address client questions or concerns promptly to support decision-making and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to streamline client interactions and improve closure rates.
4. Sales Performance & Process Improvement
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as appointment success, conversion rates, and follow-up outcomes.
- Update and maintain CRM records for all client engagements and sales activities.
- Contribute to regular team performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or lead management (experience in the interior design or renovation industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and appointments simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to follow-ups and problem-solving.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to attend client meetings and support designers when required.
