In view of our continuous growth, we are looking for individual who enjoy working as a team to create a satisfying outcome for our customers:
Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing - generate Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB) and Delivery Order (DO).
- Coordinate with logistics on the goods delivery to customers by arranging courier service for document and parcels to be sent to customers.
- Confirm and compile all the relevant documents before submitting to accounts department for billing.
- Prepare, generate and analyse relevant monthly reports.
- Assist sales personnel to prepare product catalogue / pricing list and tender submission.
Qualifications & Skills
Certificate / Diploma in relevant discipline or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same capacity, preferably in related field.
Must be PC literate and good knowledge in computerizes inventory system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
