Job Summary

Aiqon Capital is expanding and looking for a committed and responsible individual to join our team as a Recovery Officer. You will play a key role in managing overdue accounts, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth debt recovery processes.

Training will be provided for all new hires — fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
  • Update system records promptly and monitor customers' payment progress.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidentially.
  • Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / data entry).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training provided.
