Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Help prepare materials and set up activities for daily lessons.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities, meals, and recess.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff members.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • SPM/STPM fresh grads, high school, diploma or equivalent (in Early Childhood Education preferred).
  • Loves working with young children.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
