Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and onsite technical support.
  • Work on customer issues, identify root cause, and provide solution or workaround.
  • Travel to customer site to support system installation, service, and the commissioning of the company's systems.
  • Troubleshoot sophisticated machinery with a combination of electronic and mechanical components.
  • Willing to work and travel extensively around Asia Pacific and Oceania region.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience.
  • Willing to travel extensively around Asia Pacific and Oceania region.
  • Excellent communication skills.
