Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud-based infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
  • Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures for cloud-based infrastructure
  • Coordinate, schedule and conduct periodic patching of Operating Systems
  • Coordinate, schedule and conduct periodic patching of AWS Platform as a Service (PaaS) services
  • Some weekend or after office hours support will be required for scheduled maintenance/application deployment support

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant public cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience in designing and supporting production public cloud environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Advantageous Skills/Experience

  • Relevant experience in Operating Systems Administration (Windows/Linux)
  • Relevant scripting/programming experience
  • Proficient in Chinese (spoken)
  • Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS/Azure)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
