What You Bring:

  • 6+ months experience in face-to-face sales, marketing, fundraising, or outreach
  • Strong interpersonal and closing skills
  • Confidence working with sales goals and KPIs
  • Leadership qualities or experience training others is a major plus
  • A growth mindset — you're ready for more than "just a job"
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading face-to-face outreach for well-known clients
  • Building strong customer relationships and driving conversions
  • Mentoring junior reps and setting the tone on the ground
  • Tracking performance metrics and hitting team targets
  • Representing both the brand and our company with integrity
