Is your superpower building relationships and closing deals? Polymart Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team
In this role, you'll be the face of our company, connecting with businesses to understand their packaging needs and providing them with innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
What you'll do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Present our full range of custom and stock packaging products.
Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with our design and production teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Take par in local as well as international trade exhibitions.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (packaging industry experience a huge plus).
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for growth.
