RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Support Brand Management

  • Assist in ensuring ICDM's branding materials follow the established branding guidelines.
  • Help check consistency in presentations, reports, and marketing collaterals.

2.     Assist with Vendor Coordination

  • Provide support in liaising with external vendors (e.g., designers, printers, or agencies) under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • Help track timelines and deliverables.

3.     Support PR & Marketing Activities

  • Assist in preparing PR materials such as media releases, speeches, fact sheets, and articles.
  • Help compile and organize content for spokesperson use.

4.     Website & Content Updates

  • Assist in monitoring and updating the company website with new information when needed.
  • Help check links, content accuracy, and formatting.

5.     Media & Trend Monitoring

  • Track and compile relevant news or social media trends related to corporate governance, leadership, and other ICDM focus areas.
  • Update internal trackers or reports with findings.

6.     Social Media Support

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and uploading social media content (copywriting, basic artwork, photography/videography).
  • Support in responding to comments/messages as guided by the team.

7.     Data & Insights

  • Help collect and compile social media analytics data (e.g., engagement rates, reach).
  • Assist in preparing simple reports for the team's review.

8.     Benchmarking & Research

  • Support in monitoring peer organizations' social media or PR activities.
  • Assist in preparing comparison/analysis reports.

9.     Ad-hoc Assignments

  • Undertake other duties or learning opportunities as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma or Degree student in relevant field.
