Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules with customers and drivers.
- Update job status and ensure all delivery information is recorded accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare transport documents, job sheets, and reports.
- Work closely with the operation and planning teams to ensure timely job completion.
- Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operational tasks and problem solving.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication).
- Working experience in logistics or transport operations will be an added advantage.
- Asolute System will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
