Sales Support & Administration
- Assist media and partnerships team with preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and client databases (CRM).
- Track and monitor media bookings, campaign schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports and presentations as and when required.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative assignments as required by management.
Client Coordination
- Liaise directly with advertisers to obtain campaign materials, confirm bookings, schedules, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between clients/advertisers and internal teams regarding campaign executions, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collect creative assets (banners, artwork) from advertisers and coordinate with production/operations teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all campaigns.
Finance & Documentation
- Generate and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and payment collection.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting.
- Support credit control by liaising with finance and sales teams.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (fresh grads with strong organizational skills may be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
