Operations Manager (Enterprise – Government Projects)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level government projects. In this role, you'll ensure all operational activities run efficiently, comply with public-sector standards, and deliver measurable value to our government partners.

You will play a key role in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs — driving performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple government contracts and enterprise projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with government procurement, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to meet contractual deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor project and operations teams to achieve performance excellence.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with government stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in operations or project management, ideally within government or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in large-scale projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
