Position Overview:

As a Business Associate, you will play a key role in driving business functions and growth initiatives, while building a versatile skill set across multiple domains. This role offers first-hand exposure to the dynamics of a fast-growing startup, where your contributions will have a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the healthcare sector, including market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across global markets.

  • Build robust financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to project management by supporting progress tracking, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 4 years of professional experience; recent graduates with strong academic and internship credentials are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with demonstrated potential for leadership and growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
