We're looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director to help manage daily operations, meetings, and communications in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or Executive Secretary.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
