Your new role

Your responsibilities as a Procurement cum IT Programming Analyst include:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, quotation evaluations, and contract negotiations in alignment with business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align procurement strategies and drive value.
  • Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and present insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize procurement processes through automation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Work with programming languages (like Python, Java, JavaScript),software development, database management, networking, and cybersecurity.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT and procurement
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin languages are preferred
  • Proficient in programming (Python, Java, JavaScript), data analysis, and database management
  • Familiar with procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, and automation platforms
